​How do I

place an order?

It's easy, simply find the perfume you would like from our Shop page by either browsing down the page or by using our search function. Then when you have selected your product click on

the add to cart button. You will then be redirected to make a payment using our secure PayPal service. If you have any issues with placing an order please email us at info@perfumebelle.com

What are my payment and shipping options?

We use the secure PayPal service for payments. To process a payment once you have selected your products just use a credit card and PayPal will charge your card. Please note that at PerfumeBelle we do not keep any of your private details on file. For shipping options you can either choose Standard (5-7 days) or Expedited (2-3 days), if you live outside the United States please email info@perfumebell.com and we will provide you with tailored shipping costs.

How do I know the fragrances are genuine?

At PerfumeBelle we ONLY sell genuine, brand name products. You may think that because our prices are so low that they may not be genuine. However we work very hard to source our products and negotiate on costs so we can give you a quality and cost effective product. You are guarenteed to receive brand name products everytime.

What is your return and refund policy?

You have 30 days to return your product for any reason. Please mail it to our address at 20520 Ventura Blvd, Suite #317 Woodland Hills CA 91364. You are responsible for paying for the return postage and the products cannot be returned if they have been used or tampered with. Once the product is returned we will within 24 hours refund your money via PayPal, please note it may take 2-3 days for it to reach your account.
